Anita M. Krise, 84, of Myerstown, PA, died Wednesday, June 30, 2021, at her residence. She was the wife of Robert J. Krise. They celebrated their 49th wedding annversary on June 4, 2021. Born in Queens, NY on July 31, 1936, she was the daughter of the late Adolph and Dina (Kramer) Niederreiter.

A 1954 graduate of Richmond Hill High School, Queens, NY, she retired after 35 years as an LPN at Hackettstown Hospital. Anita attended Zion United Methodist Church, Myerstown. She enjoyed spending time with her friends and participating in community activities and trips with them. Anita had many animals throughout her life that she loved, especially her dog, Darcy, who will miss her dearly.

In addition to her husband, Anita is survived by daughters, Wendy, wife of James Smith, of Philipsburg, NJ, and Donna, wife of Glenn Cribb, of Dingmans Ferry, PA; grandchildren, Sarah & Brendan Smith, Joshua, Christina, & Zachary LaGrave; great-grandchild, Corey Williams; and a cousin, Irene, wife of Don Stern.
