Ann (Boland) Crouch, 65, of Lebanon, died on Tuesday, May 19, 2026.
Born on May 17, 1961, in Lebanon, she was the daughter of Vincent Boland Jr. (wife, Dianna Cornman Boland) and Dorothy Blouch (preceded by husband, William).
Ann graduated from Cedar Crest High School. She retired from Dr. Dana S. Felty, DMD, in 2024. Previously, Ann worked for a realtor in Lebanon.
Ann loved shopping, cooking and baking, cats, reading, and doing things with her husband.
Surviving are her husband of 33 years, Dan Crouch; brother, Vincent Boland III (Scott), of Lancaster; and sister, Dori Ogurcak (husband, Steve), and their son, Wade, of Lebanon.
