Anna Lucille Blocher, 75, formerly of Palmyra, passed away Monday, May 17, 2021, at Cedar Haven Nursing Home, with her loved ones by her side.
Born in Annville on November 14, 1945, she was the daughter of the late Benjamin Franklin and Gertrude (Rhoads) Blocher. Anna enjoyed sewing, listening to country music, and her most favorite, Elvis.
Surviving is her niece and caregiver for 15 years, Linda Burigana, wife of Tracy, of Harrisburg, niece Janice Hoover, wife of Brian, of Utah, great-niece Brittany Reigert, of Palmyra, great-nephew Scott Yeingst, of Philadelphia, great-great-nieces Evelyn Batz and Cassandra Hawkins, of Palmyra, sister, Betty Gernert, of Quentin, and several other relatives. She was preceded in death by her siblings Benjamin Blocher, Evelyn Bringman, and Adaline Yoder.
Services will be held at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in memory of Anna to the Alzheimer’s Association 2595 Interstate Drive Suite 100, Harrisburg, PA 17110.
