Anna M. Kapp, 82, of Lebanon, passed away Monday, November 22, 2021, at Spang Crest Manor.
She was born January 27, 1939, to the late Charles F. W. and Sylvia Steiner (Epler) in Lebanon, PA. Anna was a graduate of Lebanon High School class of 1956. She was also a Member of Bethany United Methodist Church. Anna retired from Reese’s. After retirement, Anna volunteered in the sewing room at Good Samaritan Hospital. She also cared for several elderly people running errands and light housekeeping as well as providing companionship. In her free time, Anna enjoyed quilting, making 20+ quilts. She also enjoyed making ceramics, including a nativity set in minute detail. Anna also enjoyed antiquing, you could find her at Kleinfelter’s auction every Thursday night. Anna’s greatest joy was her entire family. She was a very giving woman.
Anna is survived by her children; Belinda Porter and partner Robert Purcell and Theodore J. Kapp and spouse Kelly, grandchildren; Felicia, Brianne and Blake Esterly, Benjamin Kapp and Sadie Hetrick and spouse Mark, great-grandchildren; Gavin and Annabelle, Gwendolyn and Everett Hetrick, and Vincent Deraco, and siblings; Sylvia Felty, Paul and Wayne Steiner. She was preceded in death by her loving husband Theodore C. Kapp. Siblings; Charles, Harry, Allen, Edward, Harold, Lester and Richard Steiner, Sarah Moyer and Catherine Beaton.
Viewing will be on Friday, December 3, 2021, from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. at Christman’s Funeral Home, Inc. Services will be on Friday, December 3, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at Christman’s Funeral Home, Inc. Burial will be private per family request.
