Anna Mae Snyder, 82, of Lebanon, passed away Saturday, June 19, 2021, at The Gardens at Camp Hill.

Born in Lebanon on September 22, 1938, she was a daughter of the late Elizabeth K. (Peffley) Whitman and Clarence Daub. She was the wife of Paul E. Snyder, who passed away in May of 2006. Anna Mae was generous, thoughtful, and overflowed with compassion. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and a dear friend. Anna Mae was a member of the “Breakfast Bunch,” treasured family and friends, and enjoyed laughing, crafting, painting, babysitting, volunteering and family trips to the beach. She attended the Myerstown Church of the Brethren, where she founded the Sharing Cupboard.

Her family includes a son, Eric Snyder, husband of Theresa Snyder, of Womelsdorf, daughters, Judy Umbenhauer, of Cornwall and Vicki Heisey, wife of Daryl Heisey, of Newmanstown.  Anna Mae loved her grandchildren, Jason, Jeremy, Jami, Sonja, Jennifer, Amber, and Christopher plus her nine great-grandchildren, a sister, Dixie Lee Berryhill, of Vinton, IA, and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Donna Marie Fessler, and a son, Michael S. Snyder.

Keep a song in your heart ~ A Life Celebration will be held Monday, July 5, 2021 at 10:30 a.m. at the Myerstown Church of the Brethren, preceded by a visitation beginning at 9:30 a.m. A luncheon will continue the Celebration at The Pavilion, Frieden’s Lutheran Church, Myerstown.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Sharing Cupboard at Myerstown Church of the Brethren, 51 W. Stoever Ave., Myerstown, PA 17067.
