Annette S. Gruber, 64, of Annville, passed away on Friday, May 29, 2026, at the MS Hershey Medical Center. She was the wife of Timothy M. Gruber, with whom she celebrated 10 years of marriage.

Annette was born in Kansas City, KS, on Oct. 3, 1961, to Roy Sylva, of Gardner, KS, and the late Bessie (Rodriguez) Sylva. She received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Kansas. She was an occupational therapist for Senior Life in Harrisburg. She attended Living Hope Church in Annville. When she was younger, she enjoyed scrapbooking. With her husband, Tim, she enjoyed traveling, going on different trips, and watching movies and television shows. She loved her dogs. Annette enjoyed spending time with her family.

Surviving, in addition to her husband, are her daughters, Morgan Book, of New Cumberland, Audrey Dyer, of Maryland, and Wynn Dyer, of Hershey; stepson, Timothy J. Gruber, and his spouse, Derias, of San Diego; stepdaughters, Jessica Davis, and husband, Aaron Katz, of Pine Grove, and Bethani Gruber, and partner, Marcus Weinhold, of Lancaster; grandchildren, Amira, Adam, Alice, Brayden, Lily, and Heath; and siblings, Jeffrey Sylva, and wife, Janet, of Gardner, KS, and Scott Sylva-Mashburn, and husband, Brian Sylva-Mashburn, of Winder, GA.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 13, 2026, at 11 a.m., at Kreamer Funeral Home and Crematory Inc., 618 E. Main St., Annville. There will be a visitation from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the funeral home.
