Annie L. “Ann” Artz, 98, of Myerstown, died Thursday, April 18, 2024 at Juniper Village, Lebanon.

She was the wife of Allen M. Artz, Jr., who died November 5, 2008.

Born in Stouchsburg, PA on August 26, 1925, she was a daughter of the late Frederick and Elsie (Eberly) Royer.

Ann attended Lebanon Valley Bible Church. She was a 1944 graduate of Conrad Weiser High School.

She is survived by sons, Don, husband of Elizabeth Artz, of Lebanon, Joel, husband of Cindy Artz, of Manheim, Robert, husband of Barbara Artz, of Denver; 11 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren;  and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Carol Matthews; sisters, Mabel Wagner, Ruth Ream, Margaret Royer, Marion Wenrich; and brothers, Harold Royer, Melvin Royer, and Raymond Royer.

A viewing will be held Thursday, April 25, 2024 at 6 p.m. at Grose Funeral Home, 358 W. Washington Ave., Myerstown, followed by a funeral service beginning at 7 p.m. Interment will be at the convenience of the family.
