Arlene C. Horn, 91, of Lebanon, passed away Saturday, January 17, 2026 at home. She was the wife of the late Conrad P. Horn, Sr.

Born in Jonestown, PA on April 1, 1934, Arlene was a daughter of the late Warren and Elsie (Mohn) Wenger. She was a member of the Church of St. Cecilia. She loved spending time with her family and going to her children and grandchildren’s sporting events. 
  
Arlene is survived by five children: Conrad Horn, Jr., husband of Laurie, Patrick Horn, husband of Theresa, David Horn, Joseph Horn, husband of Christen, and William Horn, husband of Joanne; 16 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; a sister, Nancy Merkey; and a brother, Warren Wenger, Jr. She was preceded in death by two sons, Michael and James Horn and two sisters, Elaine Wolfe and Shirley Wenger.
  
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, January 27, 2026 at St. Cecilia’s Church, 120 E Lehman St, Lebanon, PA 17042. Interment will follow at St. Gertrude’s Cemetery. A viewing will be held prior to Mass from 10-11 a.m. at the church. In lieu of flowers, donations in Arlene’s name may be made to Church of St. Cecilia at the above address.
