Arlene J. Kline, 83, of Lebanon, passed away on Wednesday, Dec. 10, 2025, at the WellSpan Good Samaritan Hospital.

Born in Lebanon, PA, on Jan. 21, 1942, Arlene was a daughter of the late Howard and Minerva (Sattazahn) Kline. She was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church. She loved butterflies and taking bus trips to Atlantic City. She was an avid Elvis, Conway Twitty, and Loretta Lynn fan and cherished any occasion she could spend with her family.

Arlene is survived by her children, Dianne E. Barcynski, wife of Scott, Rose M. Yordy, Robert E. Fake, and Johnny G. Fake; grandchildren, Ashley A. Hardy, wife of Robert, Tristin N. Fake, Tracy L. Frescatore, and Stanley M. Swigonski; eight great-grandchildren; sister, Jeannie Brownstein; and a niece and nephew. She was preceded in death by her brother, Daniel; and sister, Patricia Richards.
