Ashley Marie Kettering, 36, of Philadelphia, PA, passed away on Sunday, March 29, 2026, at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.
Born on Nov. 14, 1989, she was the daughter of Craig and Donna (Gori) Kettering, of Venice, FL. Ashley graduated from Wilson High School, West Lawn. She later received a bachelor’s degree in risk management and a minor in marketing from Temple University.
In addition to her parents, Ashley is survived by her brother, Nathan Kettering; aunt, Kelly, and uncle, Brian Kettering; uncle, Roger Gerhard; aunt, Debra Kettering; cousins, Heather Heinaman, Krystin Kristovensky, and Vanessa Kettering; and beloved cats, Biggie and Nikolai. Ashley was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Marie and Robert Gori; and paternal grandparents, Gloria and Russell Kettering.
Services will be held at the convenience of the family. Ashley was both an organ recipient (kidney) and an organ donor. In lieu of flowers, and in honor of Ashley, donations may be made to Gift of Life, 401 N. 3rd St., Philadelphia, PA 19123-4101, or Animal Care and Control Team of Philadelphia, where her cat Biggie was rescued, 111 W. Hunting Park Ave., Philadelphia, PA 19140. Kreamer Funeral Home, Annville, is handling arrangements.
