Audrey Mae (Tobias) Putt, 97, of Newmanstown, PA, died on Friday, Nov. 7, 2025, at Juniper Village, Lebanon, PA. She was the wife of Raymond P. Putt Sr., who died on Dec. 4, 2014.
Born in Wernersville, PA, on Oct. 11, 1928, Audrey was a daughter of the late Lester and Bertha (Batz) Tobias. She was a 1946 graduate of Robesonia High School. She worked for Caron Knitting Mill, Robesonia, and at Richland, knitting as a garment inspector. She was a member of Millcreek Lutheran Church, Newmanstown, and Eastern Star. She enjoyed her cats, crocheting, cooking, and quilting.
Audrey is survived by her daughters, Marcia S., wife of Timothy Kessinger, of Williamstown; Leslie A., wife of John D. Chadwick, of Lebanon; son, Raymond P. Putt Jr., husband of Mary F., of Annapolis, MD; 10 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Annette M. Blatt; and sister, Arlene Moore.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, Nov. 17, 2025, at 11 a.m., at Grose Funeral Home, 358 W. Washington Ave., Myerstown, PA, with a viewing beginning at 10 a.m. Interment will be at Heidelberg Cemetery, Robesonia.
