Augustus “Gus” Aromin, 80, of Annville, passed away surrounded by his loving family at his residence on Tuesday, August 17, 2021. He was the husband of Mary B. (Connelly) Aromin, with whom he shared 39 years in marriage.

Gus was born in New York, NY on May 28, 1941, to the late Augustine and Bernice Aromin. He was a carpenter. He enjoyed doing various puzzles and was an excellent cook.

Surviving in addition to his wife are his children, Augustus Aromin, Jr. and Susan De Angelis; stepchildren, Richard Fenley and Maureen Long; grandchildren, Theresa, Timothy, Tabitha, Logan, Dylan, and Olivia; great-grandchildren: Tristan, Shiloh, Phinehas, Susanna; and his siblings, Ronnie, George, Betty, Alice, and Bonnie.

A graveside service with military honors will be held on Wednesday, August 25, 2021, at 2:00 p.m. at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville.
