Barbara Ann “Barb” Heisey, 68, of Lebanon, passed away Thursday, Dec. 10, 2020. She was the wife of the late James Nevin “Jim” Heisey.

Born in Lebanon on Sept. 23, 1952, she was the daughter of the late George H. Blouch, Jr. and MaryAnn Heckendorn Blouch Reifsnyder. Barb graduated in 1970 from Lebanon High School, then attended Franklin School of Science and Arts in Philadelphia. For 30 years, she worked in various departments at the Good Samaritan Hospital. Barb was a member of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, and a prior member of Keystone Greyhounds and Friendship Fire Co. Barb loved being around friends and family, especially her many animals. She enjoyed family trips, often to the beach. She will be remembered for her beautiful singing voice and her love of sitting on her porch and looking out at her pond.

Surviving is her siblings, Linda Blouch, of Lebanon, and William Blouch, husband of Virginia, of York; nieces and nephews, Jacey Ross, Jared Blouch, William Blouch, Jr., and Jennifer Lauer. She was preceded in death by a brother, Daniel Blouch.
