Beatrice Newkirk, 90, of Lebanon, passed away on Saturday, Aug. 5, 2023, at her residence. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Lawrence Cuthbertson.

Born in New Jersey on June 18, 1933, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Beatrice (Meadows) Monk.

Beatrice was a member of Lebanon Valley Harvest Ministries.

Surviving are 11 children, Robert Newkirk, Gary Newkirk, Ronald Newkirk, Evangela Newkirk, Lawrence Newkirk, Beatrice Payne, Alethia Hines, Renee Avery, Frankie Newkirk, Aaron Newkirk, and Thomas Cuthbertson; and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.

In addition to her husband, Beatrice was preceded in death by her daughter, Sandra Thomas Carter.

A public viewing will be held from 10 a.m. – 11 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 12, 2023, at Lebanon Valley Harvest Ministries, 410 N. Ninth St., Lebanon, PA 17046. Funeral Services will begin at 11 a.m. on Saturday at the Church. The repast will be private.
