Brenda Lee Fratini, 70, of Cleona, passed away peacefully surrounded by loved ones on Saturday, June 21, 2025. Brenda was the daughter of the late Samuel and Elva (Wagner) Boughter and was born in Lebanon, PA, on April 23, 1955. Brenda lived her life radiating love, kindness, and devotion to her family, friends, and community.

A graduate of Lebanon High School, Brenda began her career as an office manager for James K. Allwein Plumbing and Heating and Mama Jean’s restaurant. She enjoyed that work and held that position for over 40 years until retirement. Brenda decided to join the workforce a second time, working as a front office associate for Potena Physical Therapy for 10 years. Brenda’s organizational skills and attention to detail made her a valued employee.

Brenda was both a member and lifelong attendee of Hebron United Methodist Church. Brenda’s warm, caring nature and love of children shone through the volunteer work she did as she joyfully worked with the children and youth of Hebron for decades. She also volunteered to assist the church in many other endeavors throughout the years. In addition to the time spent volunteering with her church, Brenda worked as an assistant Girl Scout troop leader for many years in the Lebanon area.

When not working or volunteering her time, Brenda could be found spending time with her children, Mandi and Chris, reading, baking, cooking, or watching her favorite old black-and-white films. Brenda was also very creative and would often put together gifts or care packages to share with others.

More than anything, Brenda cherished the moments she spent with her children, family, and friends. She loved to window shop, walk, go out to eat, and laugh over a shared joke or a funny memory. Like many of her Wagner and Boughter kin, Brenda was a strong and tenacious individual. She was a source of light, warmth, and comfort to all who were blessed to know her.

Brenda is survived by her loving family and friends. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

A graveside service to honor Brenda’s life will be held at St. Jacob’s Kimmerlings Church Cemetery at 10 a.m. on Saturday, July 5, 2025. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Hebron United Methodist Church in Lebanon, PA.
