Bruce Leo Galli, 73, of Lebanon, passed away Sunday, November 21, 2021, at the WellSpan Good Samaritan Hospital with his wife by his side.

Born in Pittston on March 28, 1948, he was the son of the late Leo and Josephine Ferraro Galli. Bruce wasn’t the loudest one in the room, but when he spoke, he made his words count. His family will always remember him as serious and silly wrapped in one. A combination that made family get-togethers hard to leave and never forget. He was an active member of his church community, serving as financial secretary of the Church of the Good Shepherd.

In his younger years, Bruce was an avid skier, sailor and enjoyed playing pool. In the most recent years, he often enjoyed regular breakfasts and Friday happy hours with friends, golfing, cooking, walking his dog, traveling with his wife, and making those around him laugh with stories and jokes. Bruce graduated from Exeter High School in 1966 and graduated from the University of Kansas in 1972 with degrees in civil engineering and business. He worked as a Proposal Manager for Marsulex Environmental Technologies for over 40 years.

Surviving are his wife of 35 years, Kathy; a daughter, Alyna Galli, of Reston, VA; two sons, Lewis Galli, of Lancaster, and Alex and his wife, Kayt Galli, of Baltimore, MD; a sister, Leah and her husband, Tom Amico, of Kingston Township, PA; a brother-in-law, Brian Abromovage of Wyoming, PA; sisters-in-law, Diane Blouch of Lebanon and Pat Bowman of Halifax; numerous cousins, nieces and nephews; and Uncle Stan and Aunt Connie Diez of Troutville, VA. He is preceded in death by his sister, Gail Abromovage. Animals always held an important place in Bruce’s life. He will be greatly missed by his dog Georgio, his two grand dogs, Shiro and Josie (Bruce’s “favorite” girl), and two grand cats, Jack and Buddy Holly.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, November 29th at 12:00 p.m. at Kreamer Funeral Home and Crematory, 618 E. Main St. Annville, PA 17003. A public visitation will be held on Monday from 11:00 a.m. -12:00 p.m. at the Funeral Home. Interment will be held at Grand View Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Church of the Good Shepherd, 1500 Quentin Road Lebanon, PA 17042, to be allocated to various charities important to Bruce and Kathy, or to the ASPCA by visiting www.aspca.org, in his memory.
