Bryan D. Kendall, 31, of Lebanon, passed away on Saturday, April 27, 2024. He was the husband of Alyssa L. (Patches) Kendall, with whom he celebrated nine years of marriage.
Bryan was born in Lebanon on Jan. 22, 1993, to Mark W. and Ann (Burkholder) Kendall, of Lebanon.
A longtime farmer, he operated and managed Villa Dale Farm along with his wife and sons. Bryan was a devoted husband and father, and he loved teaching his sons about farming. A member of Lebanon Valley Bible Church, Bryan was involved with many varied ministries, including men’s Bible study and teaching Sunday School class. Bryan was a continual learner. He could often be found reading or educating himself about new farming techniques and methods. He enjoyed listening to podcasts while he worked on the farm. He was a committed friend, and he never hesitated to generously assist family and friends in need despite his many responsibilities.
Surviving, in addition to his wife and his parents, is his sons, Easton B. Kendall and Tucker L. Kendall, both at home; his sisters, Emily K. Chowhan (Kyle B.), of Richmond, VA, and Sarah J. Brubaker (Chase R.), of South Lebanon; maternal grandparents, Ivan and Gloria Burkholder; and aunts, uncles, cousins, and many other family members.
A celebration of life service for Bryan will be held on Saturday, May 4, 2024, at 10 a.m. at Lebanon Valley Bible Church, 1482 Horseshoe Pike, Lebanon. Interment will be held at the convenience of the family at Gingrich Mennonite Cemetery, Lebanon. There will be a visitation on Friday, May 3, 2024, from 6-9 p.m., at the church. There will be no visitation on Saturday morning.
