Carl F. “Matt” Matarazzi, 74, of Lebanon, died on Thursday, Dec. 24, 2020, at WellSpan Good Samaritan Hospital.

He was born on Tuesday, May 21, 1946, to the late Cart Matarazzi and Hannah Matarazzi nee Risser in Lebanon. He went to Lebanon High School, Class of 1964. Carl enjoyed attending his grandchildren’s sports events and riding his bike. He also liked going to breakfast with Steel Foundry friends and tinkering around the house.

Surviving is wife, Sharon L. Matarazzi nee Heverling; daughters, Michelle Trautman, and spouse, Ronald, Jennifer Kauffman, and spouse, Matt; sons, Carl Matarazzi, and spouse, Amanda, Harry Greenawalt III, and spouse, Keri, Michael Greenawalt, and companion, Nicole Weaver; grandchildren, Anthony Trautman, Alex Trautman, Tyler Greenawalt, Kyle Kauffman, Joshua Kauffman, Abigail Greenawalt, Aiden Matarazzi, Carter Matarazzi, Lincoln Matarazzi, Trevor Kline, and Derek Leonard; a brother, John A. Matarazzi; and sisters, Alene M. Brandt, Hannah M. Schlegel, and Rebecca A. Matarazzi.

Visitation will be on Tuesday, Jan. 5, 2021 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Christman’s Funeral Home, Inc., 226 Cumberland St., Lebanon.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
