Carmen Rosa Padilla Sepulvedad, 57, of Lebanon, passed away on Monday, August 24, 2020 at Wellspan Good Samaritan Hospital.

Born in Arecibo, Puerto Rico on November 10, 1962, Carmen was the daughter of the late Miguel Padilla and Crecencia Sepulvedad.

Carmen is survived by two sons, Jeremy and Jaret Burgos, and thirteen siblings.
