Carol Y. Lefever, 83, of Lebanon, died on Sunday, Dec. 12, 2021, at the WellSpan Good Samaritan Hospital.

She was born on Saturday, Jan. 1, 1938, to the late Frank Scaramuzzino and Marion Scaramuzzino nee Underkuffler in Lebanon. She loved spending time with her family, socializing, and her cats.

Surviving are children, Denise M. Kreiser, Richard Scaramuzzino, Gary Scaramuzzino, and Michael Lefever; grandchildren, Ashley DeSevo, Amber Kreiser, and Felicia Kreiser; great-grandchildren, Brayden DeSevo, Patryck DeSevo, Davonte Montanez, Amya Montanez, Phoenix Fuchs, and Jayvon Kreiser; and brothers, Robert and Jeff Scaramuzzino.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard E. Lefever; and siblings, Lisa Ruiz, Lois Scaramuzzino, Sam Scaramuzzino, and Skip Scaramuzzino.

Services will be at the convenience of the family.
