Carolyn M. Dibert, 69, of Lebanon died Saturday, April 3, 2021, at WellSpan Good Samaritan Hospital. She was the wife of James A. Dibert. They were happily married for over 50 years.
Born in the Panama Canal Zone on Feb. 23, 1952, she was the daughter of the late Frederick Beuchle and the late Lois Muggio Beuchle. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Alvernia University in 1983 with a degree in Nursing. Carolyn began her 34-year nursing career as a bedside nurse at Good Samaritan Hospital and later worked in Nursing Education and Management at Country Meadows Retirement Communities, before retiring in 2017. She enjoyed PA German culture and developed her hobby as a Fraktur Artist and a demonstrator of living history. Carolyn was a member of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, Lebanon.
Surviving in addition to her husband is sister, Rebecca Quiles, husband of Juan Jr., of Florida, and many nieces and nephews, including a niece, Gretchen whom James and Carolyn were very instrumental in her upbringing.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, April 12th at 11:00 a.m. at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, 723 Lehman St, Lebanon, PA 17046. Interment will be held at Gravel Hill Cemetery, Palmyra. A visitation will be held on Monday from 10:00-11:00 a.m. prior to the service.
