Catherine E. Rudy, 94, of Fredericksburg, passed away on Saturday, May 13, 2023, at the Lebanon Valley Home in Annville. She was the wife of the late Richard E. Rudy, who preceded her in death on Dec. 17, 2019.

Born in New York City on Sept. 7, 1928, she was the daughter of the late Mary Drahovsky, the wife of George Adams.

She was a member of Our Lady of Fatima Chapel in Jonestown. Catherine enjoyed sewing, baking, and most of all, she enjoyed spending time with her family, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

She is survived by her children, Richard D. “Rick,” husband of Lisa Jo Rudy, of Fredericksburg, daughter, Adrienne M., wife of David Tsirnikas, of Cornwall, and Dennis E., husband of Rebecca L. Rudy, of South Lebanon; grandchildren, Kayla, wife of Mark Johnson, Matthew Tsirnikas, Zachary Rudy, and Adam Rudy; and great-grandchildren, Easton and Coleson Johnson.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, May 25, 2023, at 11 a.m. at Kreamer & Lum Funeral Home & Crematory, Jonestown. Interment will follow at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville. The viewing will start at 10 a.m. until the start of the service.
