Catherine H. Herman, 83, of Lebanon, passed away on Friday, June 6, 2025, at home. She was the wife of the late Richard T. Herman.

Born in Taylor, PA, on May 10, 1942, Catherine was a daughter of the late Adam and Catherine (Talinski) Prislupski. She enjoyed playing bingo and casino games on her computer and doing crossword puzzles. She cherished time with her best friends, Pat Kneiss, Mary Lee Holmes, and Cathy Matthews, who were like sisters to her. She loved her grandchildren and great-grandchildren to the moon and back.

Catherine is survived by her children, Michelle Schmidt, wife of Daniel, Randy Herman, and Richard Herman, husband of Lynn; grandchildren, Sierra, Alex, Bryce, Meckenzie, and Richard; great-grandchildren, Dante, Christian, Nyle, Marlow, Emerson, Westin, and Courtney; and many nieces and nephews.

Catherine was the last of her immediate family. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Kimberly Herman; brothers, Adam and George Prislupski; and sister, Dorothy Slack.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. on Monday, June 30, 2025, at St. Cecilia’s Church, 120 E. Lehman St., Lebanon, PA 17046. Interment will follow at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery. A visitation will be held prior to Mass from 10-11 a.m. at the church.
