Celia M. Heagy, 84, of Lebanon, passed away on Thursday, April 11, 2024, at her residence. She was the wife of the late Howard C. Heagy Jr., who passed away in December 2002.

Born in Lebanon, she was the daughter of the late Earl and Susan (Shuey) Wise.

Celia retired after 30 years from the PA State Treasury Department, where she was a tax auditor. She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. Celia had a love for all animals and enjoyed her dogs, cats, and her two donkeys.

She is survived by three children, Allen L. Heagy, and wife, Robin, of Lebanon, Kevin S. Heagy, and wife, Mary, of Lemoyne, and Donna L., wife of Leonard Leffler, of Lebanon; three granddaughters, Melissa, wife of Tom Brown, Kristin, wife of Jay Grove, and Samantha, wife of Andrew Gerberich; eight great-grandchildren, Adam Friend, and wife, Suzy, Alex Estevez, and wife, Monica, Adriana Estevez, Brandon Brown, Dylan Brown, Logan Brown, Olive Gerberich, and Finn Gerberich; four great-great-grandchildren, Leah Friend, Eli Friend, Aries Estevez, and Zayden Estevez; and one brother, Dale Wise.

Celia was preceded in death by two brothers, both of Lebanon, William (Bill) Wise and Dennis Wise.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
