Charles A. Kitchner, Jr., 91, of Lebanon, passed away on Friday, September 10, 2021, surrounded by his loving family. He was the husband of Ruth A. (Carty) Kitchner.

Born in Philadelphia, PA, he was a son of the late Charles A., Sr. and Myrtle (Weddell) Kitchner. Charles served with the National Guard and retired from the Philadelphia Police Department after many years of service. After retirement, Charlie was employed at the Golden Nugget in Atlantic City for several years. He loved telling stories from his past.

In addition to his wife, Charles is survived by two step-daughters, Laurie Yerk wife of Russ and Wanda Yerger wife of Dana; grandchildren, Charles A. Kitcher, IV, Justin Kitchner, Alexandra Kitchner, Brandon Kitchner, Brooke Yerk, Stacey Yerk and Shane Yerk; and great-grandsons, Christopher Coletti and Hunter Yerk. There are also several nieces and nephews surviving. He was pre-deceased by his son, Charles A. Kitchner, III.
