Charles Daniel “Chuck” Sincavage, 87, of Myerstown, PA, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, Jan. 9, 2025.

Born April 14, 1937, in Kingston, PA, he was a son of the late Charles Sincavage and Veronica “Dugan” Sincavage and was preceded in death by his daughter, Karen Barrasso, and brother, Edward Sincavage.

Chuck is an alumnus of Kingston High School and York College of Pennsylvania. He served in the United States Air Force for four years prior to his tenure with the Pennsylvania State Police, where he retired as a Lieutenant after 31 years of dedicated service. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Lebanon, PA, where he also served for many years. He also enjoyed gardening, coaching, and sports card collecting, and was an avid Notre Dame and Pittsburgh Steelers fan. Most importantly, he cherished spending time with his family, particularly his grandchildren.

He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Ruth Ann “Lightner” Sincavage; children, Charles II (Christy) and David (Lisa), both of Nokomis, FL, and Sheila (Dale), of Myerstown, PA; brother, Jerome (Marie), of Rehoboth Beach, DE; grandchildren, Alex, Charles III “Casey” (Raechel), Carlee, Nicholas, and Samantha; and great-granddaughter, Elizabeth.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, Jan. 18, 2025, at the First Baptist Church of Lebanon, 20 Linden Road, Lebanon, PA at 11 a.m., with visitation starting at 10 a.m. A graveside service with military honors will occur on Friday, Jan. 17, 2025, at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, 60 Indiantown Gap Road, Annville, PA, at 3 p.m.
