Chase T. Bennetch, 23, of Myerstown, PA, died Thursday, April 22, 2021, at his residence.

Born in Hershey, PA on August 28, 1997, he was the son of Shannon M. (Warner) Allwein and stepson of Jonathan Allwein for 17 years.

A 2015 graduate of Northern Lebanon High School, Chase worked for Bioone and was a member of the Goodwill Fire Co., Myerstown. He enjoyed riding dirt bikes and four-wheeling, being a DJ at social events, and hunting. Chase spent a lot of time with his siblings and cousins, playing basketball and other sports/activities.

In addition to his parents, Chase is survived by a sister, Emma Allwein, a brother, Damian Allwein, maternal grandparents, Wanda, wife of Larry Warner, paternal step-grandparents, Donna, wife of John Allwein, aunts, Tammy, wife of Jose Feliciano, Tonya, wife of Dave Frey, and Patty wife of Corey Gassert, uncles, Kevin Warner, husband of Aubrey and Ryan Warner, husband of Danielle, and several cousins.

Chase was preceded in death by his cousin who was like a brother to him, D’Kota Wolf.

A public viewing will be held Saturday, May 1, 2021, from 1:00-2:00 p.m. at Grose Funeral Home, 358 W. Washington Ave., Myerstown, PA. Services are private but will be live-streamed through the funeral home’s Facebook page on Saturday at 2:00 p.m. with The Rev. Kimo officiating.
