Chester A. Roush, Jr., of Jonestown, passed away on Saturday, Sept. 26, 2020, at his home. He was the husband of Gloria M. “Beaver” Yeagley Roush. On Apr. 17th, they celebrated their 55th wedding anniversary.

Born in Bristol, England on Nov. 7, 1944, he was the son of the late Chester A., Sr. and Dolly Burge Roush. Chester worked for different contractors in armed security at various military bases. He served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam Conflict.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his sister Pamela Ortly of Richmond, VA, and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by brothers Mark and Ernest Vowel.

Private graveside services, with military honors, will be held at the Indiantown Gap National Cemetery.
