Cindy W. Freet, 68, of Myrtle Beach, SC, passed away on Wednesday, Jan. 7, 2026, at Capitol Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, Harrisburg. She is survived by her loving husband of over 15 years, Gene L. Hoffman.

Born on Oct. 4, 1957, she was the daughter of the late Edward Esterline and Barbara Esterline of PA.

In addition to her husband, Cindy is survived by her sons, Anthony Cramer, husband of Tara, of Camp Hill, and Steven Jones, husband of Noel, of Lemoyne; sisters, Annette Stoner, of Dillsburg, and Alice, and her husband, Raymond, of Marysville; and grandchildren, Tony and Nevin. Cindy was preceded in death by her brother, Edward Esterline Jr.

There will be no services for Cindy at this time. Kreamer Funeral Home, Annville, is handling arrangements.
