It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Clarence E. Waltermyer, who left us peacefully on May 3, 2025, at the age of 91.

Born on Sept. 18, 1933, to the late Paul Waltermyer and Ethel Mitchell (Miller) in Jonestown, PA, Clarence was a devoted entrepreneur in the construction industry and a proud veteran who served in the Army during the Korean War. He was also a member of Mountville United Methodist Church.

He was a passionate individual who enjoyed gardening, fishing, bird watching, riding his motorcycle, and spending precious time with his family and friends.

Clarence will be lovingly remembered by his family, including his daughters, Christine Waltermyer and Catherine Boyanowski (Mark); son, Charles Waltermyer; grandchildren, Benjamin Boyanowski, Hannah Andino (Jordan), Abigail Boyanowski, and Anya Waltermyer; great-grandchildren, Jericho Andino and Roman Andino; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Josephine Waltermyer (Agresta); and siblings, Robert Waltermyer and Ruth Shelly.

A viewing will be held on Thursday, May 8, 2025, from 6-7 p.m., at Christman’s Funeral Home, Inc., 226 Cumberland St., Lebanon, with services starting at 7 p.m. Burial will be on Friday, May 9, 2025, at 9 a.m., at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery.
