Clarence I. Sholley, Jr., of Lebanon, passed away on Monday, January 22, 2023, at Promedica in Lebanon. He was the husband of the late Constance J. Ulrich Sholley.

Born in Bethel Twp. on January 29, 1942, he was the son of the late Clarence I. and Mae V. Betleyon Sholley.

He was a graduate of the NL Class of 1959. Following high school, he served in the US Army during the Vietnam Conflict. He had worked as a Maintenance Mechanic for the Lebanon Steel Foundry and then retired from PPCP. He attended Zion’s Evangelical Lutheran Church, Jonestown. He was a member of the VFW, the American Legion, and the NRA. He loved to go hunting and fishing, spending time in the outdoors, and butchering with his cousin.

He is survived by his son, Dean A., and his wife, Connie Sholley, of Lebanon; grandchildren, Ryan and Meghan; brother, Richard Sholley, of Billings, MT and his sisters, Dorothy “Dot” Haldeman, of Myerstown, Shirl Haldeman, of Bunker Hill, and Arlene Miller, of Mt. Gretna.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, January 31, 2023, at Kreamer & Lum Funeral Home & Crematory, Jonestown. A viewing will be held one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow at Grand View Memorial Park, N. Annville Twp.
