Claude H. “Butch” Ebersole, 83, of Lebanon, passed away on Friday, November 25, 2022, at WellSpan Good Samaritan Hospital. He was the loving husband of Sandra L. “Sandy” (Bowman) Ebersole, to whom he was married for 66 years.

Born in South Annville Twp., he was the son of the late Harry and Cinderella (Dourte) Ebersole.

Butch, as he was known by many, worked alongside his father, Harry, at the Palmyra Feed & Grain for 25 years and retired from the Palmyra Borough, where he was a waste truck driver. He was a member of the Quittapahilla Rod & Gun Club, Zembo Shriners, and a 32-degree Mason with the Harrisburg Consistory and the Scottish Rite. Butch also enjoyed traveling to Maine to snowmobile and was a member of the Blue Mountain Snowmobile Club and a life member of the Campbelltown Fire Company. He enjoyed hunting, camping, and golfing.

Surviving in addition to his wife is three children, Lynn M. Ebersole, and wife, Betty, Kim M., wife of Jeff Schildt, and Crystal Thompson (Dennis Leonard); five grandchildren, Jason, Tina, Justin, Jeremy, and Lindsey; 11 great-grandchildren, Alexis, Sierra, Cheyenne, Wil, Jayson, Camryn, Kody, Anya, Lillie, Archer, and Ryder.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held Friday, December 2, 2022, at 11 AM from the Kreamer Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., 618 E. Main St. Annville. Inurnment will be held at the convenience of the family. A visitation will be held from 9 AM until the time of his service at the funeral home.
