Clifford D. Kantz, 96, of Orlando, FL, passed away on Sunday, September 29, 2019 at Orlando Lutheran Towers. He was the husband of Marion A. (Carpenter) Kantz. They celebrated 70 years of marriage in April.

Born in Lebanon, PA on September 11, 1923, Clifford was a son of the late Allen R. and Mabel M. (Daub) Kantz. Clifford served in The United States Air Force for 22 years and retired as a school teacher in Trenton, New Jersey. He was a life member of both the NEA and the NJEA.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by two children – Clifford D. Kantz, Jr. and his wife, Mary Ann and Gay McNally and her husband Frank and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by two brothers – Robert and Stanley.

Funeral services on October 11, 2019 at 11:00 at Thompson Funeral Home, Inc. 126 S. 9th St. Lebanon, Pa. 17042.  A viewing will be held prior to the service from 10-11.  Interment with full military honors will be held at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery at 12:30.  In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Orlando Lutheran Towers Foundation, 300 East Church St., Orlando, Fl. 32801 or a charity of your choice.
