It is with a heavy heart we announce on Saturday, September 28th, 2019, Connie F. Snyder passed away peacefully at her home at the age of 47. She was the loving wife of Richard S. Snyder III. She was a wonderful mother to Taylor P. Cole and Logan J. Cole.
Connie was born on November 22nd, 1971, in Bethlehem, PA to the late Joseph and Ruthann (Baringer) Kutzman. She received a bachelor’s degree in paralegal studies at Marymount University in Arlington, VA in 1993. She worked for the County of Lancaster in the Domestic Relations Department since 2006. She was a proud auxiliary member of the Annville American Legion Post 559, the Myerstown VFW Post 6076, the Lebanon Navy Club Ship 91, and the Elstonville Sportsmen’s Association.
Connie often spent her Saturday mornings at the bookstore with her children, always with a coffee in hand. She loved her many dogs and cats as if they were her own children. She was witty, outspoken, and curious. She enjoyed writing, whether it was writing stories or writing on her blog. She enjoyed travelling with her husband and had a wanderlust to see the world. Connie enjoyed singing karaoke with her daughter and watching her son play sports. She enjoyed family vacations with her husband, children, and close friend and ex-husband Thomas Cole.
In addition to her husband and ex-husband, she is survived by her two children Taylor P. Cole and Logan J. Cole; brothers Joseph Kutzman and Shane Kutzman; and her sisters Cheryl A. Kutzman, Lesli J. Kutzman, and Sandy L. Anderson.
Memorial services for Connie will be held on Friday, October 11, 2019, at 12 noon at the Kreamer & Lum Funeral Home & Crematory, Rt. 72 & Camp Meeting Rd., Jonestown. Visitation with the family will be held one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery.
