Conrad P. Horn Sr., 92, of Lebanon, passed away on Saturday, April 19, 2025, at home. He was the husband of Arlene C. (Wenger) Horn.

Born in Lebanon, PA, on Aug. 22, 1932, Conrad was a son of the late Conrad and Mary (Bering) Horn. He retired from New Penn Motors. He was a member of the Church of St. Cecilia and the Lebanon Hunting Club. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and playing golf.

In addition to his wife, Conrad is survived by his sons, Conrad P. Horn Jr., husband of Laurie, Patrick Horn, husband of Theresa, David Horn, Joseph Horn, husband of Christen, and William Horn, husband of Joanne; 16 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; brother, Paul Horn; sisters, Mary Ann Bruder and Patricia Meagher; and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his sons, Michael and James Horn; and sisters, Josephine Adams, Frances Curtin, and Christine Horn.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, April 24, 2025, at St. Cecilia’s Church, 120 E. Lehman St., Lebanon, PA 17046. Interment will follow at St. Gertrude’s Cemetery. A viewing will be held prior to Mass from 10-11 a.m. at the church.
