Constance E. “Connie” Lengle, 71, of Lebanon died Monday, October 25, 2021, at the WellSpan Good Samaritan Hospital. Born in Lebanon on January 23, 1950, she was the daughter of the late Leo A. and Helen M. (Minnich) Lengle.

Surviving is a sister, Nancy L. Kapp, of South Annville, a nephew, Jarrod S. Kapp, husband of Kimberly, of South Annville, a niece, Tammy Jo Clark, wife of David, of South Carolina, and several great and great-great-nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be held at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Lebanon County Humane Society, 150 N. Ramona Road Myerstown, PA 17067. Kreamer Funeral Home and Crematory, Annville is overseeing arrangements
