Courtney A. Thome Smithey, 33, of Lebanon died Friday, August 20, 2021, in New Jersey. She was born on October 9, 1987, and was the daughter of Gary L. Thome and Joann Nelson Kreiser.

Memorial services will be held on Friday, September 3, 2021, at 11:00 a.m. at the Kreamer Funeral Home and Crematory, 618 E. Main Street, Annville with the Rev. Caitlyn Kurtz officiating. A visitation will be held beginning at 10:00 a.m. Inurnment will be held at the convenience of the family in Holy Savior Cemetery, Cornwall.
