Cynthia Lou Rivera, born on May 18, 1956, passed away in December 2025, leaving behind a legacy defined by love, compassion, and quiet grace. She was a cherished presence in the lives of all who knew her and will be lovingly remembered for her kindness, gentle spirit, and unwavering devotion to family and friends.

Cynthia possessed a warm and generous heart, with a rare ability to make others feel seen, valued, and comforted. Through both her words and her actions, she offered encouragement, wisdom, and understanding. Her laughter, compassion, and steady presence brought light into the lives of many and will be deeply missed.

She was the beloved daughter of Beatrice Miller and Thomas Miller. Family was the cornerstone of Cynthia’s life. She was a devoted wife to her husband, Miguel Rivera; loving stepmother to her stepchildren, Stephanie Nicole Rivera and Michael Jacob Rivera; and cherished future mother-in-law to Stephanie’s fiancée, Jiverson Pauleus. She was also a beloved sister to her brothers, Leonard Miller and Steve Miller; cherished sister-in-law to Miriam Rivera; and proud grandmother to Jariyah Hostetter, Makayla Baker, Giannis Pauleus, Jocelyn Rivera, and Michael Rivera, each of whom brought her immense joy.

In accordance with her wishes, Cynthia will be cremated. Details regarding memorial services will be shared with family and friends at a later time.

Cynthia Lou Rivera will be remembered always for her kindness, her compassion, and the light she brought into the lives of so many. May she rest in eternal peace.
