Dale R. Elliott, 69, of Palmyra, died Friday, Dec. 11, 2020, in his residence. He was the husband of Fay E. Logan Elliott with whom he celebrated 44 years of marriage this past Aug.
Born in Hershey on Dec. 21, 1950, he was the son of the late Claude C. and Mary Wolfe Elliott. He retired from the Hershey Tech Center and formerly worked for Kraft Foods in Palmyra and for Hershey Foods Corp. Dale was a U.S. Army veteran of Vietnam and a 1969 graduate of Palmyra High School. He was a member of the Campbelltown American Legion, AARP, American Motorcycle Association, Lebanon Valley Motorcycle Club, Blue Mt. HOG Group where he held several offices, and a lifetime member of HOG (Harley Owners Group). He enjoyed riding his trike, playing Santa at the local Harley Dealerships, putting together models, especially cars, and watching the history channel and movies. Dale loved spending time with his family, grandchildren, who called him Pappaw, and grand puppies, Tanzit and Piper.
Surviving, in addition to his wife, is a daughter, Missy E., wife of Daryl M. Kline, of Palmyra, a grandson, Douglas, a granddaughter, Logan, and a sister, Cindy, of Palmyra.
Inurnment will be held on Monday, Dec. 28, 2020 at 1 p.m. at Gravel Hill Cemetery, Palmyra, with military honors. There will be a procession forming at Kreamer Funeral Home and Crematory Inc., 618 E. Main St., Annville at 12:30 p.m.
