Dana B. Patches, 76, of Palmyra, passed away on Thursday, December 15th, 2022, at the M.S. Hershey Medical Center. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Donald L. Patches, whom she had missed dearly over the last five years.

Born in Lancaster, PA, on December 9th, 1946, she was the daughter of the late George William and Gladys Ruth (Nagle) Haak.

Dana was a 1964 graduate of Annville-Cleona High School and a current member of Mount Zion Road Church. She participated in Adult Bible Study, Grief Share and Lift and was the former President of the A-C Jaycettes. In her free time, Dana enjoyed volunteering at Kindred Place in Annville, going to yard sales, antiquing, gardening, traveling, reading, the beach, and birds. She will also be missed at weekly dinners and card games with friends, as well as her monthly breakfasts with siblings. She looked forward to playing Wordle daily with her family. However, there was nothing that Dana loved more than her time with grandchildren and great-grandchildren. They were the light of her life.

Surviving is five children, Adrienne Glynn, wife of Francis of Annville, Beth Herman, wife of Gary Herman, Jr. of Harrisburg, Denita Tiberie, companion of Dave Barnes of Palmyra, Stephanie Keener of Annville, Jason M. Patches of Pittsburgh, a brother, Fred Kreider, husband of Joanne of Annville, two sisters, Ruth Mary Pearce of Annville, Bernadette Huey of Hershey, ten grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, and her best friend of over 69 years, Maryann Hanley of Palmyra.

In addition to her husband, Dana was preceded in death by two brothers, Adrian Haak, husband of Barbara Haak of Annville, Landin Pearce, and her dear granddaughter, Jordyn Beth Speece.

A public viewing will be held from 6:00 PM-8:00 PM on Wednesday, December 21st, 2022, at Kreamer Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 618 E. Main St. Annville, PA 17003. Funeral Services will begin at 11:00 AM on Thursday, December 22nd, 2022, at the Funeral Home. An additional public viewing will be held on Thursday from 10:00 AM-11:00 AM at the Funeral Home. Interment will be held at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery.
