Darlene J. Martin, 80, of Hershey, passed away on Tuesday, Feb. 20, 2024, at the M.S. Hershey Medical Center. She was the wife of the late Frank E. Martin, who passed away in 2015.

Born in York, she was a daughter of the late Raymond Stevenson and Dolly (Dickensheets) Stevenson. Darlene was raised by her loving grandparents, Lulu and Roy Dickensheets, of York, PA.

Darlene worked as a payroll clerk with Ft. Indiantown Gap and attended LCBC, Harrisburg Campus. She enjoyed gardening, crafts, and spending time with her grandchildren. Darlene loved going to the beach.

Darlene is survived by three daughters, Colleen, wife of Randy Morgan, Jessica Martin, and Christine McNaughton; four grandchildren, Nicholas and Nathan Morgan, Ashley and Andrew McNaughton; one sister, Dixie Pettingell; two brothers, Johnny Kirkessner, and wife, Cindy, and Randy Kirkessner, and wife, Amy.

A celebration of life will be announced at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the local SPCA in her memory.
