David A. Buffington, 71, of Grantville, passed away on Saturday, January 11, 2020 at the Lebanon VA Medical Center. Born in Lebanon, PA on December 11, 1948, he was the son of Eva Heller Buffington.

David was a 1966 graduate of Lebanon High School. He was a 3 year veteran of The United States Army and retired from The Department of Defense where he worked as a crane operator. David spent some of his happiest days camping at Levitz Park with his closest friends over the last 19 years. He was a member of Narcotics Anonymous and was proud to be 33 years clean at the time of his passing.

David is survived by his son, Grant Raynes and his loyal friend, Joseph C. McMaster.
