David Shindel, 65, of Bethel, passed away on Dec. 7, 2021, at the WellSpan Good Samaritan Hospital.

He was born on Nov. 9, 1956, to the late Theodore Shindel and Sara Shindel nee Light in Lebanon, PA.

He spent his working career as a maintenance mechanic for United Plastics. In Dave’s free time, you could always catch him working on his cars. His love of Muscle Cars and anything with a motor earned him the nickname Motor Head.

He is survived by his loving wife, Rosemarie Shindel nee Simpson; daughter, Angela, and spouse, Luis Rodriguez; grandchildren, Mallorie Rodriguez and Isaiah Rodriguez; siblings, Barbara, and spouse, Thomas Rhoads, and Nancy, and spouse, John Bachman.

Viewing will be Monday, Dec. 13 from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Christman’s Funeral Home, Inc. Services will be on Monday, Dec. 13 at 2:00 p.m. at Christman’s Funeral Home, Inc. Burial will be at Grand View Memorial Park, Annville, following the service.
