David E. Bowman, 65, of Annville passed away on Tuesday, November 2, 2021, at his residence.

David was born in Lebanon on May 28, 1956, to the late Richard E. Bowman, Sr., and Fern (Maurer) Bowman. He had gone to carpenter’s school and then opened his own company, Bowman Construction. He was attending The Caring Community Church of God in Hummelstown. David enjoyed anything to do with building, being outdoors, hunting, fishing, riding ATV, and going to his camp upstate.

Surviving are his children, David Bowman, of Annville, Chelsea Bowman, of Hershey, siblings, Richard Bowman, Jr., and his wife Marie of Annville, James “Jim” Bowman and his wife Denise, of Jonestown, Barbara Brown, of Fredericksburg, and Karen Lee, of Charleston, WV. He was preceded in death by his siblings, Gary Bowman and Patsy Southward.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 5, 2021, at 11:00 a.m. at Caring Community Church of God, 7176 Red Top Road, Hummelstown. Interment will be private. There will be a viewing from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at the church.
