David R. Schell, 85, of Annville, passed away on Saturday, Sept. 13, 2025, in Glenmoore, PA. He is survived by his loving wife of 63 years, Sandra L. (Roland) Schell.

Born in Lebanon, PA, on Feb. 22, 1940, David was the son of the late David E. Schell and the late Evelyn (Waltz) Greenawalt. He was a great outdoorsman and enjoyed hiking, kayaking, fishing, and spending time with his beloved grandchildren.

In addition to his wife, David is survived by his daughters, Lisa A. Mannix, wife of Patrick “Shaun,” of Glenmoore, Adrienne L. Shaver, wife of Robert, of Florida, and Kirsten S. Schell, of Glenmoore; half-brother, Barry Greenawalt, of Sinking Spring; and grandchildren, Alex, Paige, Jack, Addison, and Mary.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, Sept. 26, 2025, at Kreamer Funeral Home and Crematory Inc., 618 E. Main St., Annville, PA 17003.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Foundation of America, 322 8th Ave., 16th Floor, New York, NY 10001, or Autism Speaks, P.O. Box 37148, Boone, IA 50037-0148, in his memory. Kreamer Funeral Home, Annville, is overseeing arrangements.
