Dean F. Billman, 61, of Lebanon, passed away on Tuesday, Dec. 23, 2025, at home. He was the husband of Vanessa M. (Geary) Billman.

Born in Lebanon, PA, on Dec. 5, 1964, Dean was a son of the late Frederick and Irine (Gueisi) Billman. He attended Calvary Chapel in Lebanon. He enjoyed riding his e-bike, scrapping, playing card games, going to different meal sites in the community, and spending time with family and friends.

In addition to his wife, Dean is survived by his sons, Dean F. Billman Jr. and Tyler J. Billman; brothers, Scott and Tony Billman; sister, Gina Billman-Mann, wife of Doug; and uncle, Gueido Gueisi.
