Debra F. Hetrick, 74, of Myerstown, passed away on Tuesday, Oct. 14, 2025, at Hershey Medical Center. She was the wife of James L. Hetrick Sr. On June 24, they celebrated their 53rd wedding anniversary.
Born in Lebanon on April 18, 1951, Deb was the daughter of the late Leslie and Helen (Roth) Bishop. She was a member of the Trinity United Methodist Church, Lickdale. She enjoyed reading, cooking, baking, and making pumpkin rolls.
In addition to her husband, Deb is survived by her son, James “Jimmy” Hetrick Jr., and his wife, Angie, of Myerstown; sister, Bonnie, wife of Wayne Nye, of Lebanon; and grandchildren, Sterling, and his wife, Nabilah Hetrick, of Lawrenceville, GA, and their son, and Deb’s great-grandson, Zayd, and Skylar Hetrick, of Myerstown. Deb was preceded in death by her sisters, Charlotte Habecker, Shirley Brandt, and Kay Uffner.
Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, Oct. 17, 2025, at the Bethel E.U.B. Cemetery, Fredericksburg.
