Dennis E. Leeper, 60, of Palmyra, passed away Monday, Jan. 11, 2021. He was the husband of Debra A. (Wiles) Leeper.

Born in Lebanon on Mar. 9, 1960, he was a son of the late H. William and Edna (Lymaster) Leeper. He worked as a laborer for many years. He enjoyed building and refurbishing furniture, working outside with his hands, and watching football and NASCAR.

Surviving, in addition to his wife, Debra, is a stepson, Steven M. Jr., husband of Laura Shirk, two step-grandchildren, Julie and Dakota Shirk, one brother, Herman W., husband of Donna Leeper, four sisters, Shirley A., wife of Randy Sweigart, Debbie A. Cowles, Nancy, wife of Kim Shollenberger, and Anna Horst, and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by a stepson, Jason Shirk, a brother, Richard Leeper, and a sister, Susie Breidegan.
