Dennis G. Haag, 73, of Jonestown, passed away on Thursday, Oct. 29, 2020, at his home. He was the husband of the late Wanda Johnson Haag.

Born in Lebanon on Dec. 11, 1946, he was the son of the late Mae Achey Crespo. Dennis was a truck driver for Pennsy Supply, Inc. He enjoyed racing, hunting, fishing, and riding his Yamaha. He especially loved his yearly trips to Knoebel’s and spending time with his family.

He is survived by his sons, Brian L., and his wife, Tina Reinhart, of Lebanon, and Michael D., and his wife, Mary Haag, of Jonestown; daughters, Mary M., wife of Rodney Helfrick, of Mercersburg, and Rhonda G., wife of Robert Lyons, of St. Thomas; step-daughters, Wendy Werner, of Annville, and Sherri Shearer, of Lebanon; half-brothers, Ronald Crespo and Ricky Crespo, both of Newmanstown; sister, Dorothy Hess, of Newmanstown; and 11 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Michele M. Haag.

A visitation will be held on Sunday, Nov. 8, 2020, at 1:00 p.m. at the Kreamer & Lum Funeral Home & Crematory, Rt. 72 & Camp Meeting Rd., Jonestown. At 2:00 p.m. there will be a time of remembering and celebrating Dennis’s life. As per his request, there will be no minister so please come prepared to share your stories and memories.
