Donald A. Hain, Sr., 89, was called home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, March 29, 2023.

He was born on Sunday, February 18, 1934, in Fleetwood, Pennsylvania, to the late Jack and Mickey Hain, of Lebanon, PA.

Donald worked as President of Jack Hains Inc., distributing snack foods to the local area until his retirement at age 80. He was a proud supporter of those actively serving our country in the military and dedicated his later years to remembering and honoring local veterans. Donald took an active role in his church, for many years operating a bus ministry at First Baptist Church of Lebanon and, in later years, attended the Lebanon Area Evangelical Free Church.

Donald is survived by his beloved wife of 67 years, Judith Hain; children, Jessica Miller (wife of the late Craig Miller), Donald A. Hain, Jr. (Kathy), and Shelly Hain; grandchildren, Travis Miller (Sarah), Joshua Hain (Jessica), Stanley Hain (Caroline), Chase Miller (Gretel), and Joan Miller; great-grandchildren, Tiffany Hain, Lindsey Hain, Helen Miller, Madeleine Miller, James Hain, Elsie Miller, Charles Miller, Lucy Hain, John Hain, and April Miller. Also surviving is Donald’s brother, Roger Hain (Patricia), retired pastor of Olean, NY.

Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, April 5, 2023, at 12 PM at Grand View Memorial Park, 500 N. Weaber Street, Annville, PA 17003.
